Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer several shipping options to cater to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping option typically takes 5-7 business days to deliver your order. Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of your package and your location. You can find the exact shipping cost at the checkout page before completing your purchase.

Please note: USPS First Class Mail does not include tracking.

Free Shipping
For qualifying orders over a certain amount, we offer free standard shipping. The minimum purchase amount for free shipping is $100.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of the day they are received (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 12pm EST are processed the next business day. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Shipping Restrictions
We ship globally, with the except to of warzone territories and North Korea. If you are not able to complete your purchase due to a shipping restriction, kindly let us know. 

Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact our customer support team upon receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. In the rare event of a lost package, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to locate or replace your order.

Incorrect Address
Please note that customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and up to date. If you discover you have entered the incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. If we receive your contact information in time, we can either correct the shipping address or cancel the order. We cannot be held liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer. It is imperative that customers review their shipping information carefully before finalizing their order to avoid any potential delays or misdeliveries.
